Legal notice · the building file of agora-ai.eu

every square
stands on record.

A public square you can trust starts with paperwork you can check — a keeper, a register, an address you can knock on. This page is that paperwork: the building file of agora‑ai.eu, drawn to scale, checkable line by line.

six cards name everything.

Belgian law asks every website to say who runs it (Code of Economic Law, Book XII, Art. XII.6). We think you deserve the full file. The summary is on the face of each card — pull it out for the record.

02 · who answers for what

a page, like a paper, has a staff box.

Every newspaper prints the small box that says who wrote, who edited, who prints. This is ours — plain words first, the full clause one tap away.

the words & the marks

Everything here — text, design, code, the “agora” and “Agora AI Hub” marks — belongs to the Foundation or its licensors. Quote us with credit, welcome. Reuse beyond that: ask first.

Intellectual property. Unless stated otherwise, the content of this Site — text, graphics, logos, brand marks (“agora”, “Agora AI Hub”), design, and code — is the property of the Promote Freedom Foundation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse it without prior written permission, except as permitted by law (including quotation with attribution). Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Course materials may carry their own licence terms, stated where they apply.

the accuracy

We keep this file current and correct it in the open. Still: the Site is information, not legal, financial, or professional advice — and it’s provided “as is”.

Liability. We take care to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the Promote Freedom Foundation is not liable for loss arising from use of the Site — nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything that mandatory law does not allow us to limit.

your data

Personal data has its own, longer story — how we collect, why, your GDPR rights, and who to write to. It lives in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Where the Site links outward, those pages have their own keepers — we don’t answer for their content or their privacy practices. We link in good faith and unlink when we learn better.

03 · need something?

you came for one thing.
say which.

Most people open a legal notice with one question. Pick yours — the page answers here, no scrolling safari.

Your GDPR rights — access, correction, deletion, objection, portability — and how to use them are set out in full in the Privacy Policy. Cookies have their own page: Cookie Policy. For any data request, one address works:

Seen something on agora that shouldn’t be here? Write to us with subject “report” and the link. We confirm receipt and answer. The same address serves as our single point of contact for users and authorities.

Everything a contract, grant, or procurement form needs sits in card 2 · the register — legal name, form, KBO/BCE number, EUID, RPR court, and seat. It opens itself when you arrive.

Bank details for donations and invoices — the account is held by the Foundation:

BIC/SWIFT KREDBEBBXXX — KBC Bank NV, Havenlaan 2, Brussels, Belgium. For invoices, write first — we’ll get the paperwork right the first time.
