Alison Mooney

Alison Mooney is a speechwriter and communications strategist who has worked at the very heart of the European Union. For over a decade she wrote for the President of the European Parliament, turning complex policy into clear, persuasive, human language.

Of Irish nationality and educated trilingually (French, English, German), she pairs institutional rigour with a writer’s ear — she is also a published poet. At Agora she advises on messaging and narrative, and teaches the craft of being understood, and of defending the truth.
