About

Marta Barandiy is a Brussels-based lawyer and civil-society leader working where international law, human rights and European integration meet. She holds a PhD in International Law (Saarland) and an LL.M. in European Law, bridging Ukrainian civil society and the EU institutions.

In 2014, during Ukraine’s Revolution of Dignity, she founded Promote Ukraine — a Brussels NGO that advocates for Ukraine inside the EU, supports civil society and defends human rights. As a co-founder of Agora AI Hub, she leads advocacy, policy and partnerships.
